Finally...

... I have some time for writing.

I'm fine! Even if my work is really stressful (I'm in the 13th hour of today, because there's this damn holiday *g* on Thursday where I can't work, so I have to hurry to finish this experiment, which usually takes one week). I have to admit I'm getting a little bit tired right now, but my stop watch says, there are just 7 minutes waiting left - jippieh!!!
I can't tell you many news, I'm just working, afterwards going out with my friends and then sleeping. My new bike was stolen, but after the old one in Sweden I'm getting used to it. Even all my weekends are planned until I'm leaving to Crete. I should study Greek and I should organize some things before leaving, but that's not funny. Right now life would be really great in Vienna, but I guess you had the same before you left for Thessaloniki, it was always like that, at least befor I was leaving.
Last week we won at the trivia for the first time. We played this quiz every tuesday for one year now and finally I made it (because 2 groups had the same amount of points, there was a play-off, where one member of each group had to play. We had to drink a "Schnaps" before we could answer the question and since we both knew the answer for the first 2 ones, I had to drink 3 Schnaps in total and for free! It was a great evening.

So back to work. I hope I'll soon have some time to tell you more things.

Ti kanete?

How are you all? And what are you doing? Having holidays/working/studying/still writing thesis? I'm working for 3 more weeks and my last exam is on next Thursday.

I was in a wedding in Suomenlinna (small island next to Helsinki, Geli&Anna were there last summer) couple of weeks ago. I thought that I'm going to get super bored there and before going there I was already thinking at what time it's appropriate to leave from there but finally it was really funny there and we were home at 4 am. I have two more weddings this summer, hopefully they are as nice. I quess we're getting old when friends are getting married...

It's Juhannus soon again. I'll have to work on Juhannus-Sunday but I guess I'm still going to our summer cottage. sauna, swimming, barbeque, rowing, drinking... :)

But how are you?

Sun on the balcony

God, Eleni, we have also more than 20°, last week almost 30°, but still I don`t sit on the balcony in my bikini... Yesterday we only were sitting there with banana-milk-shake... This will be my drink of the summer!

And after you departure I got sick as well. On thursday I had almost no voice anymore and still I have a cold! Perhaps too much stress on the weekend ;)!
Since you left, I don't do so much, ok, working a bit and then there was the erasmus-party I organized (which was really good and sooo overcrowded!)... but the rest of the time: relaxing a lot, hihi!

Ah, and Eleni: At least you have a picture of Johannes right here... sorry for th confusion ;)!

Have a nice sunny day...

hihii

Thanks for the video, Geli! You were right, it made me smile although I already have it on one of the photo-cds I burned from you.
So, as I understood you had a nice weekend in Munster. Good! Next time I want to join you. I had two exams this week so finally it was good that I stayed at home. We've already bought balcony table+chairs. Actually right now I'm writing this in our balcony and I'm wearing my bikini (believe it or not, it's more than 20 degrees here).
I'm still curious about this Johannes! It's seems that it's official now :)

Have a relaxing end of the weekend!

Remove this awful picture - IMMEDIATELY!

Apart from that, it was a really nice weekend, more or less relaxing - depends on how much sleep one got, but I guess it would have been relaxing for you Eleni, just as for Geli ;-)
(probably the picture is a revenge for me saying that you sleep too much), but I can relax next weekend, I prefered making party.

Thank you Yvonni! By the way I'm sick too, can't swallow, don't want to eat - this seems to be really serious :-)
But still I'm at work, just didn't take the bike to go there.

Hope to see all of you very very soon again. Filakia, Jutta

M E R C I !

Thanks for everything Yvonni, it was really nice... - also to see all the different shapes of Münster (sun, rain, hail, ..) ;)
The way back was relaxed and quickly - except a crazy guy on the train who asked us if he could participate in our "nice day - ticket". But finally he didn't mean to pay also a part of it but to schnorr (=participating for free).
We said yes because as nice austrians we wanted to be friendly to the germans but finally it showed that he was a drinking and annoying old man, going on our nerves and on the ones of the other passengers. Anyway...

Hope to see you all again soon because it's always sooooo relaxing. ;) And next time also with you, eleni!!

Kisses

For Eleni ;)

Just don't know why nobody got it, but:
Eleni, especially for you: Schatzi = Johannes... :)!

Girls, I hope you had a good trip back home and you enjoyed the weekend here! I think I become sick now, cause I have headache and caugh! Just too much for such a short while!
Enjoy the really great weather

No matresses, no car

Ok, sorry, I think I won't pick you up at the airport cause I am a bit busy in the moment... damned party preparations ;)!
I already told Jutta: You don't have to bring matresses, either you can sleep on the coach of my flat mate (ähem, I just have to ask...) or I have enough matresses or something like this... Don't worry. Then I have one complete set of bed linen which one of you can use, so no sleeping bag. cause Anna brings hers, one of you can't left yours at home... Perhaps better Geli ;), so there is more space in the big bag ;)!

For sure I will pick you up at the railway station where there shuttlebus will end. GO OUT THERE! I will wait there for you. Perhaps you can give me a missed call, when you take the bus? Then I know when you will arrive at the station! Ha, good organisation! Ok, I still have to clean up a bit... hihi, such a mess!

sleeping bag

hey yvonni! shall we bring our sleeping bag and matrass (??), ok? and a small bag! ;)

I wrote a message to Henri, but he didn't answer till now. So I guess he won't come.

Are you really gtoing to pick us from the airport or shall be take the bus?

Hey, I'm really getting excited by now. hihi! This is gonna be fun! ...we are going to think a lot to you eleni!

Big bag

Hej!

Sorry for the bag thing, I don' remember how big they were - yeah they, that's what I remember, you didn't have only one and I remember that we made a little fun of you, when driving home from Eleni, because Anna just had a small one and I had only hand luggage and you had several. But I have to admit, you were the best dressed :-)
Have a very nice sunny and warm day!!! (I'm still busy but we could sit outside during lunch break, that was nice!!!)

Filakia, Jutta

Car better than bus

Geli, don't mind about your plan of the bus-thing, I know that it exist and it won't take so long, but:
BECAUSE I JUST FINISHED MY "ROHFASSUNG" (sorry, Eleni!) OF MY THESIS (which I wanted to do till Friday) I have a lot of time... ok, I still should work on it... ah, next week ;)... Just thinking of your big bag, Geli!

I don't know about Henry as well, Anna just wrote me a message about him... I will speak with her this evening, then I will know more... I hope :)! Ha, I will go a bit Inline-Skating, cause good weather, good mood, everything good, hihi!

Filakia

don't worry..

about the airport thing. I just checked it on the internet and it seems to be really esay to get to Münster down town. we'll arrive at 18.35 and there is a bus at 19.05 and one at 19.35 to the city. so will be there at 19.40 or 20.20. So at least you don't have to worry about this! ;)
Don't know about Henry. Till now nobody has told him, as far as I know. Shall we tell him? Maybe he is spontanious enough. :)
Looking forward to friday as well!

Kisses

P.S. Let's see about sisi punsch ... could be a bit difficult in this period of the year maybe... ;)

Sissi Punsch?

Ok, this is probably totally bullshit, but in the moment I don't know what you could bring from Austria... At least you don't have to bring tons of alcohol with you ;)!
In the moment I am working on my flat mate who won't be here at the next weekend, that everybody can get a bed... more or less! And Henri will come, too? Anna wrote me...

Stop now, have to finish my thesis... tschaka, tschaka, tschaka ;)!
Looking forward to Friday (perhaps I can pick you up at the airport... therefore I have to work on Johannes to get the car... tse, I really have to work on a lot of things in the moment...!)

:) WOW!

Jutta, I'm really impressed about the Greek lesson! Don't even know if there exist so many ways and tenses to say "I miss you" in German.
And what about my bag from Finland?? I really tried to remember but it didn't work out. was it really that big?? :)
Must have been the alcohol! ;)
Anyway, Yvonni, you want us to bring something special from Ösi-Land for your party? Sachertorte(sweet cake), Käsekrainer(sausage with cheese) or Buchteln(just gooooood!!) maybe? Just say it!
Have a sunny weekend, girls!
Kisses

Merci, mon amie!

Thanks, Jutta... I knew there is something wrong! I promise I will improve my Greek after finishing f***ng thesis ;)!
Today I went to buy a present for my sister and in a book store I found a lot of books for Greek cooking... Ok, we have to do it, when you are here!!! I hope so ;)!
And don't be afraid of the Germans ;), now you can change your opinion!
And now in the right way: Eleni, tha leipeis mou... Ah, shit, I don't remember, if this is correct, but at least, Eleni, you know what I mean!

Thursday, 20. April 2006

Greek lesson

Especially for you Yvonni:

mou leipeis - I miss you (accurate translation: you are missed by me; leipo, leipeis, leipei, leipoume, leipete, leipoun)
leipes has a past tense ending (mou eleipes - I missed you, but only when you miss her for a very long time, otherwise mou eleipses)
future would be: tha mou leipeis (when it's forever) or tha mou leipseis.

I don't want to show off, I have to study Greek again - and now I'm working and don't have time for it :-((((

Eleni, leipes mou!

Pffh, is this write? leipo means missing, doesn't it? And leipes is the second form? Poar, I am confused! I really should start to improve me Greek again!

Eleni, we will really miss you! Even I can understand the balcony thing! I am looking so much forward to the summer and the possibility to sit the whole afternoon on the balcony (unfortunatly I have only sun in the afternoon!)...

And our birthday party will be really great, I hope... At least if only half of the people come we invited! My poor flat mates ;)!

Enjoy the day,
Yvonne
