Geia sas!!!

Of course I can accomodate you!!! You have to come and I think I'll be in Crete more or less the whole spring, except in the middle of June, there I'm planing to go to Iceland. Would be great to meet again in Greece, going to Tavernas, beach (ok but then you should come end of May or beginning of June), visiting archaeological sites (especially for you Eleni :-)))). Of course I have to work as well, but when I know I can for sure plan my time a bit. And I hope to know some things about the island already until then.

Last weekend we've been to Athens. Going there on the boat on Friday night, spending the day there and going back on Saturday night with the same ship. Was kind of exhausting, but also very nice. In a way we were 2 couples strolling around the city - perhaps you could already realize it a bit when watching the diaporama from last weekend, I'm with one of the French guys, but he'll leave tomorrow, so it's not really serious (because more or less senseless), but I really felt very comfortable with him the last days.

Right now I'm looking forward to get some coffee and then work a bit. Working here is really very different to working in Austria. I spend a lot of time at work, but it's normal to make a lot of breaks, so it doesn't feel so strenous. On the other hand I'm still quite stressed by the way they are working here, without caring at all about lab security, so I also start to don't touch anything in the lab without gloves except my laptop, but I'm also not totally sure, that somebody else could have touched it already with gloves - grrrrr (Eleni, I guess you understand what I mean).

Yesterday I got a letter of Kristina and with it she sent me a short article she wrote about eating during ERASMUS (everybody had to chose only one aspect). Hers was called: Nostimos - or why I gained 4 kilos during my ERASMUS - just 4??? :-)

Ok. CU girls and feel very welcome in Crete (I'll have a great flat until then, I'm sure, right now I'm staying with Steffie and save money to buy a car first).

hey eleni, you already know about the job you¨ve been talking about?
I don¨t really know what I will do after coming back to austria. I was talking with my former chef about making the doctor in law - in the immobilar sector. (sorry, I really don¨t know a better word for this.) but let¨s see what is really happening when I¨m back.
by now we made it from brazil to peru. new impressions. the people look quite different here. and the language is much easier to understand. :) tomorrow we will leave to the jungle for some days. the guid was talking somethng about swimming with pirañas. but I really don¨t know if I wanna do this! but you knwo the choice between watching alligators and swiming with piranñas is hard to make. ;)

what do you think about meeting all together in greece in spring? well, first of all, jutta, what do you think about this? you would have to cope with us all finally. ;)
